How TechnoMafias collects, uses, and protects your information.

Who we are

TechnoMafias ("we", "us") is an independent, fan-made companion for Grand Theft Auto VI. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. This policy covers the TechnoMafias website.

What we collect

Email address — only when you choose to sign up for launch alerts or price-drop notifications.

Which page you signed up from — so we understand what content is useful. We do not attach this to any sensitive profile.

Basic, privacy-minimized analytics — aggregate page views and general device type. Where we log IP addresses, we truncate or shorten them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly collect data from children (see below).

How we use it

To send the launch reminder and the specific alerts you asked for, to notify you when a tool you were waiting on goes live, and to improve which guides and tools we build based on aggregate interest.

Marketing vs. transactional email. Price alerts and launch reminders you request are the service itself. Any separate promotional email requires a distinct opt-in, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Affiliate links & disclosure

When our tools launch, some outbound links to retailers will be affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our recommendations — product rankings are based only on compatibility and fit, never on commission. Clicks may be logged for attribution, but we do not put sensitive information into those tracking links.

Cookies & similar technologies

We use only what's needed to run the site and to remember basic preferences. If we add analytics or affiliate cookies that require consent in your region, you will be asked before they are set.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with service providers that operate the site — for example an email delivery provider and a privacy-aware analytics provider — under agreements that limit them to processing on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you're subscribed. Unsubscribe at any time and we will stop sending and remove you from the active list. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be retained longer.

Your choices & rights

Unsubscribe any time via the link in any email. Access or delete your data by contacting us. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children's privacy

GTA VI is a mature-rated (ESRB M / PEGI 18) title, and this site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by your local law. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site grows (for example when accounts or new tools launch). We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, give clear notice.
